About the data

All rates on this site are the euro foreign exchange reference rates published by the European Central Bank. They are based on a regular daily concertation procedure between central banks across Europe and are normally published around 16:00 CET on TARGET business days.

The reference rates are published for information purposes only. Using them for transaction purposes is strongly discouraged by the ECB — for actual exchange, check with your bank or payment provider.

How this page is built

The page is regenerated automatically after each publication. The charts cover roughly the last 90 days of published rates. Cross rates are derived arithmetically from the euro rates.
